Christiancy Residence

This Rancho Santa Fe Estate is on the Registry of Historic Landmarks. Special attention was paid to maintaining integrity of details initially put forth by the original architect, Lillian Rice, back in the 1920s. The Christiancy Residence was awarded the Lily Award by the Rancho Santa Fe Association in 2004. Designed and coordinated by Allan Teta, Associate, while at Allard Jansen & Associates.
